We're also known as the Malibu of the midwest and offer the best freshwater surfing.  When looking at relocation, employment is a major factor.  Manufacturing is huge in this area.  Companies such as Kohler, Acuity Insurance, Bemis, Rockline, Vollrath, Johnsonville, Sargento and Masters Gallery are just a few of the major employers.
